PROTECTED INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEM

Protected information and analytical system (PIAS) is designed to provide information support, electronic data and documents exchange, and to provide government personnel information and analytical materials for decision-making at various levels of government.

Functions of the system:

PIAS provides for:

• setting of functional capabilities of the system by editing the metadata and algorithms;
• collecting and loading of data;
  
• access differentiation of users by roles (data entry, report generation, data analysis, system administration) and the control of their applications;
  
• consolidating of information consisting of combined information from several sources and having communication, purification, verification and identification of information;
  
• alerting the administrator of loading errors and changing the format of an external source, as well as all incidents connected with violation of security policy;
  
• keeping a structured archive of selected items;
  
• ensuring the level of protection of information stored and processed, determined by statutory and technical regulations, and the appropriate level of confidentiality (privacy) of this information and protection against tampering of stored information;
• posibility of constructing multi-level semantic networks, based on available data about relationships and connections of objects of interest;
  
• editing of semantic schemes;
  
• export of accounting documents to external data formats;
  
• keeping secured log of the system;
  
• protection of information in storage;
  
• data backup and system recovery after failures;
  
• formation of system documents and reports in electronic form using electronic digital signature;
  
• interaction with other information systems.
